CIMC rated as the only comprehensive industrial assembled building base in Shenzhen

Recently, Shenzhen Housing and Construction Bureau (SHCB) and Nanshan District Government jointly held the Shenzhen 2019 “Quality Month” Assembled Steel Structure & Intelligent Building Demonstration. At the conference, a total number of 28 units including Vanke and CIMC were rated as the city’s first group of assembled building base. In particular, CIMC was the only comprehensive industrial assembled building base in the city.

At the conference, a responsible officer of SHCB said that the promotion of assembled buildings is essential for creating exemplary models and securing quality-based development highland in the building industry, and required that the assembled building units should be pragmatic-minded, make best use of market opportunities, improve business performances, adhere to the “two improvements & two reductions” (improve quality, improve efficiency, reduce manual work, reduce environmental pollution), explore new techniques and models, and come with high-quality and high-standard assembled buildings. 

The responsible person of CIMC MBI said that the company’s building system is in perfect line with the high quality requirement for Shenzhen to build a pilot socialist zone with Chinese characteristics. In particular, the office building built by CIMC MBI for the Authority of Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone was considered as an example of high-quality and high-standard assembled buildings in Shenzhen.
