CIMC Enric successfully delivered the first phosphorane and hydrogen gas mixture tubular container in China

Shijiazhuang Enric Gas Equipment Co., Ltd. ("Shijiazhuang Enric"), a subsidiary of CIMC Enric, successfully delivered the first phosphorane and hydrogen mixed gas tubular container in China, marking a new breakthrough in the field of electronic gas storage and transportation equipment in the country.

It was learned that the tube bundle container is independently developed by CIMC Enric, which is a special equipment dedicated to bulk storage and transportation of phosphorane and hydrogen gas mixture. A certain concentration of phosphorane and hydrogen gas mixture (a kind of electronic gas) is often needed in the semiconductor preparation process, and currently, such gas is mainly stored and transported in high-purity high-pressure gas cylinders (Y-ton gas cylinders) and small gas cylinders, while the tubular container delivered by Shijiazhuang Enric can store 13m³ of gas, and the storage volume of a single transport is equivalent to the storage volume of 200 small gas cylinders, which significantly reduces the operating costs of the gas company and meet the demand for large quantities of gas in the semiconductor industry.

At the same time, because the mixture of phosphorane and hydrogen is highly combustible and toxic, the equipment is designed to achieve "zero leakage", and the tube and the valve are completely interconnected through rails by way of welding, which greatly improves the safety of the product.
