Mai Boliang Nominated as CIMC Chairman & CEO

China International Marine Containers (Group) Ltd. (CIMC) announced the Resignation of Chairman and President, Election of Chairman, Directors and President and Appointment of Members of Committees of the Board in the evening of August 27, 2020.

According to the Announcement, Wang Hong has resigned from the position of Chairman, Non-executive Director, and all the positions in the Committees of the Board, and Mai Boliang has resigned from the position of CIMC President. The Announcement further disclosed that, after the election by CIMC Board of Directors, the current Executive Director Mai Boliang has been elected as CIMC Chairman & CEO with effect from August 27, 2020; Gao Xiang has been nominated as an additional candidate for director in CIMC Board of Directors, and the Board has agreed that the nomination will be submitted to the general meeting of directors for approval; Gao Xiang has been appointed as President of the Company with effect from August 27, 2020.
