CIMC participates in the construction of the first modular tourist service center in Jiangxi

On March 15, 2020, the office area of “Gaoling - China Village” Pastoral Complex Tourist Service Center in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi Province was officially put into operation. It is reported that this project, undertaken by CIMC Modular Construction Investment Co., Ltd. (“CIMC Modular”), is the first high-standard tourist service platform modularly built in Jiangxi Province, and also the first modular tourist service center project undertaken by CIMC Modular in China. The total investment of Jingdezhen “Gaoling - China Village” Tourist Service Center is about 75 million yuan and it covers a total construction area of nearly 10,000 m², which is mainly divided into the reception hall, the multimedia center, the office area and other parts. Among them, the reception hall and multimedia center are constructed with traditional steel structures, and the office area is constructed modulars.

“Gaoling - China Village” is positioned as a national pastoral complex that is “the best in Jiangxi, first-class in China and famous in the world”. Jingdezhen Municipal Government hoped to adopt a new type of green and environmentally friendly building form. “For this reason, a special delegation led by Jingdezhen Municipal Government came to visit Xiong’an New Area Citizen Service Center. After comparison, they greatly appreciated the ‘CIMC Speed’ and ‘CIMC Quality’ embodied in the construction of the ‘Xiong’an Project’, and highly praised the comprehensive strength of CIMC Modular. According to Shen Yongtao, the first module of the office area of the tourist service center constructed by CIMC Modular was hoisted on September 1, 2019, and the office area was delivered in early October 2019. CIMC Modular is the construction unit that entered the construction site the latest but completed the construction the earliest. The speed and quality of construction were highly appreciated by the customer.
